Select Koi

"BUYER BEWARE"/ Six weeks ago, I won a koi in your auction that was clearly listed with specific size details. What I actually received was a much smaller fish — completely different from what was advertised. I raised this issue immediately, but after six weeks, NOTHING has been done. Even worse, I haven’t received any response to my follow-up for over a week now. This is unacceptable. Selling fish under false descriptions and then ignoring customers when they raise legitimate concerns damages your credibility. If this is how your auctions are run, people need to think twice before bidding. I expect this to be resolved immediately — otherwise, I’ll make sure others in the koi community are aware of how this situation has been handled.

Awesome experience here! Saw lots of amazing fish, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely would recommend giving this place a visit!

Great place that is currently expanding to be even better! I went with another just to check out the koi for fun, but we were delightfully surprised with a free personal tour by the president of the company! We saw all the beautiful koi inside and learned so much about the koi and the business. They had some construction going on in the back and front and he explained the exciting developments coming soon - multiple large ponds with waterfalls out back and a pond out front to display some of their koi and show what Select Koi can design and build. We also learned about the YouTube channel they work with and the festivals they host. We are excited to see the progress when the weather warms up! Photos and videos are from only one of their indoor tanks with available koi.

I just got back from a friend of mine’s house that got a whole bunch of tosai from Hunter And they look like anybody would’ve culled them from their backyard home breeding. Super super disappointed, lots and lots of solid, orange and mixed up patterns and really small for the price. Buyer beware! Sent a picture after payment and said he would make it right When the buyer wasn’t happy and preferred a refund…Ha. If you’re not ethical with your business, people should know. It was amazing!! I’ve never been in a place like this. A lover of Koi, I built a very large pond and wanted a couple koi. They were so helpful and kind. I had a limited budget and they worked with me. I bought two (I thought were young ) koi. To my surprise by mid June I had hundreds of Koi fry. They are doing very well and I am so happy that these wonderful people helped.
