Daniel and Christian did an amazing job at fixing my roof problems brought up in my inspection report. They installed gutter guards and fixed my lifting shingles. They found a rotting wood section which concerned me, but promptly presented a solution and price point to fix it. They update you throughout the whole process, with images and a secure link for you to see the progress photos. The price was fair and the service was amazing. I have used Daniel before for his extremely reasonable gutter cleaning and was extremely satisfied. My home is pretty tall on the rear and other prices received was 5 times more. He provided before and after photos which was a great touch. Recently, I had some squirrels in the attic getting ready for the winter I suppose. I called a pest control and was quoted $5500 to seal my roof line to fix the issue. I spoke with Daniel and his price was 3 times less with gutter cleaning included! I’m glad I found him!

They fit me in with next-day service, cleaned and repaired my gutters so they finally drain correctly, and sent clear before/after photos of all the work, which my home insurance company appreciated and accepted without any back-and-forth. While they were up there, they pointed out that the chimney/flue flashing was rusted and holding water. No scare tactics, just photos, an explanation, and a very fair quote.
