Select Stone Inc.

Our experience with Select Stone was excellent for a number of reasons. We completely renovated our downstairs rental apartment in our two family home which was built in 1900. We have never renovated a kitchen or bathroom, so we definitely need an education. Our contractor recommended Select Stone, and specifically Marcelo Araujo. From start to finish, Marcelo and his very tight team took great care of us (and we probably drove them crazy with a million questions). Marcelo: -Got us in for a consultation quickly. -Gave us a LOT of time in the warehouse and educated us on the differences between and individual properties of marble, granite, and quartz (and how each react to heat, chemicals, oils, etc). -Explained that the stone would be sealed at the factory, and told us specifically which s

Small but very important install. We needed a countertop for our laundry room. The color / pattern was very important to us. Isadora was very patient with our "hunt" for the remanent that we were looking for. We checked with 5 other places. This was comparatively reasonably priced. Looking for the remanent at Select Stone was a pleasure as the remnants were indoors and the snow had no impact on our hunt. On our second visit we found what we were looking for. A gentleman came to the house to scribe the countertop for cutting. We found that the wall was slightly bowed in that section. When the installers came to place the countertop it fit perfectly. It looks great!

Select Stone in Billerica was great from assistance with walking the showroom and selecting a few stones. Patricia helping us (my wife and I) in the process once we selected our stone with edge detail and getting our counters to us very quickly, less than 3 weeks from template to install!! They have great prices and would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience! Isadora was so responsive and knowledgeable and helped us work within our budget . Everyone one we worked with from the selection process to measuring and installing was incredibly helpful, truly experts. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Select Stone. Customer Service is impeccable! From the moment I walked into their showroom until my counter was installed. Isadora is pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Jennifer from the scheduling team was just as efficient. Always quick to respond and communication was excellent. I had such a great experience!
