PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE!! $45 an hour parking. After you pay, they will attempt to claim you paid late after some "grace period" or whatever. Walk a bit from somewhere else. The place is super sketchy anyway. You will not feel comfortable taking the stairs. Trust me. Park somewhere else.

They charged me $87 for being a bit late on my ticket to leave the garage. An insane amount and when I called they were super rude and made it seem like it was a bigger deal than it is. Like it was according to the person on the phone 34 minutes late and they charge you from the moment you enter, NOT from the time you do the payment from the QR code posted. Like with that lack of clarity it is easy for anyone to go over.

Great spot for thieves and loitering. It's technically closed like at 630pm. And by that I mean the elevators and stairs are locked. so if you park here and or want to leave after that you will need to walk it up or down. Then if you have a regular size truck like mines be prepared to be fearful to hit your rims. Because it's so narrow in there and quite a bit of post to possibly hit. Luckily I didn't hit. BUT after parking there 3 nights in a row due to working near by. On Wednesday April 13th after work around 940pm I got to my truck and big surprise. My CATALYTIC CONVERTER was cut off. And thanks to their care lessness they nicked my Automatic Transmission Oil Cooler as well. So not only am I out thousands to fix my converter. But my truck over heated and almost locked my engine. So now

Expensive parking, but we're able to resolve a charge issue pretty quickly

Disgusting stairwell. Rusted through drainage pipes. Card reader fails multiple times a year. Elevator breaks down 12-15 times a year. No security. Vagrant hot spot. Sad
