I am an architect, and this is the second time I’ve had the opportunity to work with Tom for a potential property inspection. The first time, his report was exceptionally thorough and uncovered documentation and deficiencies that ultimately helped us avoid purchasing a home with major issues. I was unable to attend that inspection in person, yet the level of detail in the report made the findings very clear and actionable. Thomas did an awesome job with our inspection. It was so thorough and detailed. He looked at absolutely everything, things I never thought about! I was unable to attend the inspection so Thomas called me and spent 35 minutes on the phone going over everything he found and making sure I understood it all.
