Selvco put the coating with paint speckles on my garage floor recently. The garage floor is showing spots that look like the coating has worn away. I tried calling Selvco for approximately one year and could not get anyone to respond until October of this year. The associate who finally returned my call tried to tell me that the coating lasts for many years. When I offered to show my call log from my cell phone to prove that I had called for a long time without being able to reach anyone and offered to provide pictures of the floor, the associated hung up on me. I called back and she passed my call to the manager, and he reiterated the same and hung up on me. I chose Selvco because they did a phenomenal garage floor for my parents and their pricing is super fair compared to other companies in SWFL. They did a 3-car garage floor for me and it turned out FANTASTIC! I could not be happier. Easy to deal with, great communication, quality work. Best of all I got the low-gloss non-slippery floor I wanted.

One star is to many 100% buyer Beware!!! this company does not stand behind their work. We did our epoxy floor through the build of our home within six months it started to peel. We contacted our builder and Selvco came out and they patched the floor. It still continued peel. I spoke to Tammy and got everything set up with her. We were still with in our warranty but we were in rainy season so Tammy and I decided to hold off because this is a two day process so they came out on December 5 and they redid the floor. This was no small process for us. We had to rent a U-box to take everything out of the garage so that this could be Redone for the second time. Are we talking about the same company as the other reviews? They were late for three appointments and a complete no-show for a fourth. I understand that weather and circumstances delay services like this, not a problem. My issue is not calling/texting to alert us of these delays. And maybe even more, absolutely no apologies for tardiness. It would take all of 60 seconds to call the customer and let them know about the situation. So, professional and punctual, a big no.

Great people to deal with, great workmanship, professional, on time, as promised, and best of all, great warranty and they stand behind it. Had a small problem almost two years later and they totally redid the floor, no questions asked, no hassles, and did a fabulous job redoing the floor.
