Semper fi heating and air

Tony & Dustin from Semper Fi were absolutely fantastic installing our new heat pump! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood how the new system works before they left. Their workmanship was top-notch, and you could tell they take real pride in what they do. The installation was smooth, efficient, and very clean — they left the area spotless when they were done. It’s such a relief knowing our new heat pump was installed the right way by a team we can trust. Highly recommend Semper Fi and their employees Tony and Dustin for anyone needing HVAC work. Outstanding service all around!

The coldest week to come and my heater stopped. Called Semper Fi and they come out the next morning. Now that seems unreal to me that they come out the very next day to check it out. Then they actually installed the new unit the following day. Now that to me is great service. The heat is awesome. Thank you guys for a job well done. Jean Bennett

New unit installed 15 months ago by a unreputable company that never worked correctly even with multiple visits. Fired them, called Semper Fi they were out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issues and recommended a new unit because of the condition of the old one. They came back the next day and installed the new one and now we are very comfortable for the first time in nearly a year and a half! Before we moved to Ocala we used Semper Fi with no issues. The only reason we used the other company was because of a home warranty company. We trust Semper Fi.

Got a brand new unit and they treated me great!

Had a terrible experience with this company they came out in May to service the air. They said it wasn’t working. They put a compressor in at a cost of $4000. They came back in November and said the air conditioner was broken. We need a new air conditioner at a cost of 11,000. We contacted our home warranty. They came out and said that the compressor was installed incorrectly and blew out the whole unit. We had another company come out MNS and they said the same Thing. We had MNS install the new unit and I called Temper fi spoke with the owner and got absolutely no results refuse to take any blame and charged me $135 to tell me I need a new Air Conditioner where the other companies that came out to give me an estimate didn’t charge Very very dissatisfied canceling my contract
