10/08/2022 - I hired Dan Thompson for the following home repairs: o exterior trim: repair and paint touchup; o exterior trim, patio, front porch, walkway, driveway, deck, screened in porch: power wash; o deck, stairs (except screened in area): repair & re-stain; o 2 areas interior ceiling: repair; o 2 exterior door handles & deadbolts: replacement; and o patio: installation of retracting patio screen. He stated it would be completed in 1 day. 10/11/2022 - He arrived at 9am and left 3 times for "supplies" at "my shop." He finished at approx. 6pm. Unfortunately, we did not discuss/inspect his work prior to his departure. I paid him a check in amount of $640 for approx 7 hours of work. After I had time to inspect his work I found: o re-staining was minimal, he partially re-stained the deck
