Hello, we had the honor of a gentleman by the name of Nick come out to our place and he was absolutely phenomenal! Very nice young man and very, very knowledgeable. Hope the owner hires a bunch more people just like this young man. They came out fast and diagnosed it really quick and a few hours later it was nice and cool in my home again. Thanks, Seneca and especially thank you Nick.!! Hope your boss gives you a good raise because you deserve it!

Our AC just suddenly stopped blowing cold, the air coming out was warm and of course it was a warmer day than it has been lately. It was also after hours. I called Senica and they were able to connect me to Robert S. He was super informational on the phone and in person! He got out to the house quickly and fixed the AC unit fast, going the extra mile to walk me through what he was doing and why, and also giving me some tips and tricks for the future. Also educating me on other services they offer for the future to ensure our AC keeps running appropriately. For sure appreciate Robert S. and Senica for being so quick and effective !

I called Senica Air‑Conditioning today and within just a few hours they were already at my home and had my heater fixed — which was a lifesaver considering how insanely cold Florida has been this week. They were extremely professional, communicated clearly every step of the way, and were incredibly responsive from the moment I reached out. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Five stars without question.
