Called Blair in to check out a Café dishwasher since the soap dispenser wasn’t working. My husband tried taking it out but ended up needing help. He ordered the mother board and came back a second time to install. He left his bill and left. I came home to try to use it and the complete bottom part of the washer was scrapping my floor and was halfway loose. I contacted him and he said it needed a screw. So he stopped by a third time. Once I got home, the parts were everywhere, wet towels (that I provided by the way) were soaking wet in the sink, my dishes on the floor, so then he tells my husband the motor fell and we’re better off buying a new one and forget the $100 labor. Also taking his parts back. How do we go from only needing a screw to now I need to buy a whole new machine?? Don’t c
