Was recommended to Sensational Pools by my neighbors and I have to say that I am very happy with them, from Glenn the owner who is retiring soon and Casey his son who is taking over the family business. Their price was fair, they were professional, on time and did everything they said they would. They have great communication via email and phone. It's nice to see that Casey is taking over the family businesses which in today's world is now very rare which some just close up for good . Casey answered all of my questions before, during and after the installation and made sure I was completely satisfied. Had liner replaced. Helped with cover and draining water. Prep work was good. Repaired vermiculite where needed and fixed one of main drains. Took care of any rust spots on walls. Liner install looks great. Even fixed one of jets on swim out spa.

With a nearly 60 year old Buster Crab pool, Casey and team did an outstanding job with our new pool liner and steps! Our pool looks brand new just like Casey promised We can't say enough about how great Sensational Pools was to work---professional, knowledgeable, responsive and an all around wonderful experience! What can I say, Casey is the man. He did such an awesome job installing our new liner. He is so knowledgeable and you can just see the passion he has for his job. I would recommend him to anyone. I will be using them going forward for all my pool needs. Thank you again for the great work.
