My family has operated commercial businesses in Gatlinburg for generations and finding a good contractor is always a challenge. This isn't one of them. Jeremy ghosted my tenants after they met him on-site to discuss a 4" pad. He said he had a surveyor and promised to get back to them. He never did. Meanwhile, he won't answer or return my calls either. He's probably mad at me for being late to an appointment but I was literally 2 minutes away from the site and if he had bothered calling me there wouldn't have been an issue. Jeremy and his crews did several projects for me at my home and I was very pleased with each of them. His crews are amazing and professional. I called them multiple times. Talked to Amy, and Jeremy about pouring a slab. I was told they'd come by, and they never came or called. So I had another company do my work, 12× 20× 6 slab 1500.00 looks great.
