Elliott is very knowledgeable, our 98 year old boiler busted a leak. Was give 2 opitions for replacement and each was explained well. Very happy with the installation and the professionalism.

We had a great experience. Elliot was over to take a look at my radiant heating system within minutes of our initial call. We needed a new boiler and wanted to replace our 23 year-old water heater at the same time. Elliot answered all of my questions and concerns about the upgrade and they repiped a lot of the previous homeowners DIY work giving me back a considerable amount of space in my basement. The whole project was done in a day and organized very well with removal of the old units, delivery of the new ones, and required electrician and plumbers coming and going like clockwork. We had two rooftop AC units that weren’t cooling properly at our Champion Plumbing warehouse, so we called Elliott at Sensible Heating & Cooling. Luckily, he was able to come out the same day! With five rooftop units, we weren’t sure what was going on—but Elliott quickly diagnosed the issue. Turns out, the units were choked with cottonwood and construction dust from nearby demolition. We had already replaced the filters, thinking that would help, but the buildup was so thick the units couldn’t breathe. Elliott gave everything a thorough cleaning, tested the systems, and got us back up and running. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and true expertise. Highly recommend!

I called Sensible late one evening when I discovering a strange odor coming from my furnace. Elliott answered immediately, gave (and beat!) and estimate for how long it would take him to come out, and quickly diagnosed the issue.
