Septic Blue

Today, Mark L from septic blue came to pump out the septic tank at my house. I am very happy and satisfied with his service; he was very thorough and worth every penny. He did the job with great dedication. I would give him more than 5 stars if that were possible. I will recommend him to my friends whenever they need this service.

Wow! Who would have thought having your septic tank pumped would be a very pleasant experience!!! From the moment Michael T stepped in my yard, until the moment he left, my experience was fabulous! Michael is very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He explained every step and answered every question I had (and I had lots of questions). By explaining (teaching) to you what and whatnot to do, what can and cannot go in the drains, he makes sure that you gain the knowledge that you need to keep your septic system running properly and efficiently. He also did a fantastic job with my yard. He respected my space and put it back together with such care. He treated my property like it was his own. My experience was stellar!!!

Our technician Lucas Powell arrived on time. He asked questions about our system then went right into trouble shooting the situation. Explained my situation thoroughly and gave us a estimate along with pros and cons. He never forced any work on us. We did all recommended work. Lucas did an amazing job and he didn't leave us with anything to clean up. I already recommended this company to my neighbor.

Extremely happy customer! Our technician was Lucas and we will most definitely be requesting him, if we have any other issues with our septic!
