How should I be excited about my septic tank cleaning? But yep! I am! Josh was on time, identified himself and listen attentively to what I told him was our issues. He assured me that with his many years of experience that he would be able to identify the problem after opening the tank and would be able to give me a firm view of what needed to be done. And that’s exactly what happened. However, along the way he made suggestions on some improvements so that we could keep roots from the nearby plants from invading our system. He suggested that I consider buying the septic riser that are now available to replace the old concrete ports that leak lots of fluids into the tank. He did not pressure at all he only suggested. Pretty disappointed with this service. The price was changed three times within 10 minutes, the tech didn’t bring the proper tools and had to borrow mine, left a mess behind, and showed up two hours after confirming the scheduled time. I only needed my tank pumped, but instead I was told (incorrectly) that I needed my main line jetted for an additional $400. The tank was obviously full, meaning water was flowing from the house just fine. After the tank was pumped, everything worked as expected. Also tried to sell me 2 risers for $700 each , called local septic guy he is installing $400 for the two. Overall, it felt like they were more focused on upselling than actually solving the problem. Best of luck if you choose to use them.

Mike from blue septic did a great job and was very honest with me. A straight up type of individual that's not going to take your money and run. The work he showed me was above my expectations and experiences I have had in the past with using other septic services. I can't say enough thanks to him and the work he performed for me.

Josh was fantastic in the work he did here as well as explaining everything to us! Thanks a bunch, Josh! Our pumps were actually buried 12 inches under ground. Nice surprise $1200 bill. Who knew you were supposed to change a filter that was buried every 4 months?!

Had a great experience with this company. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking into getting their tank pumped and cleaned. The technician Robert Dosh was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. He helped me understand how things worked and what to do for future maintenance. Really appreciated him coming out and taking care of everything.
