We were very pleased with Tony's work! He is very professional. He communicated with us about everything that needed to be done, and when there was an option, he explained it to us and gave us a choice. Job well done!

Our septic pump failed two days before Thanksgiving, and Cory from Septic Blue of Charlotte came to the rescue the same day. Everyone else said they couldn’t get to us for at least 24 hours. Cory worked tirelessly all day to pump the tanks, replace the pump, and install a new control panel to replace our 30-year-old unit. He stayed late into the night, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude the entire time. We’re so grateful for his professionalism, hard work, and dedication. Highly recommended!

Cory did a great job in uncovering the inlet of my septic tank that had pavers installed on top by the previous owner, which made it unaccessible to pump. He explained what needed to be done in a concise manner. He also pumped the tank and inspected it.

Technician Jeremiah Yarborough performed an EXCELLENT job cleaning out my septic tank. He thoroughly cleaned my 1000 gallon tank where it looked brand new! Not sure how old the tank is since buying the house 2.5 years ago. Built in mid nineties, I doubt the tank has been pumped, but Jeremiah did an outstanding job. Very impressed with Blue Septic and Jeremiah. While he was finishing up, my neighbor across the street to get some information on Blue Septic to have his tank pumped. I highly recommended Blue Septic to him and he scheduled for the following day. Again, thank you for sending Jeremiah! I wish all young men were as professional as he! Tony was great! My system was fairly new so a lot of things are part of the system that were not there years ago. He was very personable and very good at explaining all the necessary maintenance that needs to be done. He is a great asset for this company!😀
