Bailey’s was wonderful to work with. They provided a quick reasonable estimate for a new septic system, showed up when they said they would and did excellent work. They handled everything from the design, permits and install. The owner and the gentlemen who came to do the work were all very nice and responsive and super easy to work with. They also did a favor for us while they were there, which is pretty unheard of nowadays! Had a great experience working with them, highly recommend!

Scott was phenomenal. From the initial design plan, working with me explaining everything to the install. Chris and the crew completed the install in a day and the next morning it was inspected by the town. This was my first ever septic system project. BES provided excellent one stop customer service. We had a failed antiquated septic system at our family’s lakefront cottage that had to be replaced urgently. BES came highly recommended. From the first exploratory call with Scott he explained what the entire process would entail and the timeline to complete the design and installation. I was 110% satisfied with the work that Scott and Chris did. Scott designed me a 5 bedroom stone and pipe septic system and Chris installed it. Both of them are good people and I am glad I found them. I would recommend using them. I am not a contractor or builder, just a regular person that they treated no differently.
