Being in the septic business is not the most glamorous job, however I had a great experience with Hector. He responded to my call in a timely manner, provided me with the price for the service, quick scheduling, advised that he would call if he was ahead of our scheduled time or running behind. Note: He did call me to let me know he completed his previously scheduled job early and would be arriving ahead of schedule. This is my first experience using a septic service, so I'm glad my experience was well above satisfactory and I would utilize and recommend their service!!!

My seller-client was very happy with the work these guy did on his septic tank in 2020. A couple of months later we needed a septic tank service company to come out and to do a re-inspection while we were in a process of selling the house. Huge thanks to Hector, who came out the very next day ( on his lunch break because we were limited with time and it was a very short notice! ) I called them at 6:00 pm the day before so as a few other septic tank service providers. The men at Septic Masters really do earn their name. Anthony was incredibly polite and professional from the moment he answered my call at 6pm. He was able to come out first thing the next morning to fix my clogged septic tank. Their prices are amazing and he was 100% clear on what he was doing and made me aware of how much everything would cost before starting any work. I have an older system and instead of saying I need to replace the whole thing, like the last company I called, he simply did what he could and informed me on what will have to be done in the coming years. He did an amazing job with a smile on his face.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Septic Masters. Anthony was extremely easy to work with. It has been several years since we have had our septic tank pumped and felt it was time. He checked it and told us we could wait another year. We chose to go ahead. But it was nice that Anthony was honest and let us know we could wait if we wanted. He was very efficient and did a great job. We will certainly use this business again.
