We made an appointment to have our tank pumped.It was on our calendar for two weeks. The morning of our scheduled appointment, I left for work and panic set in. I remembered that I forgot to unearth the lid. Called my wife in a panic to see if they could reschedule. I know the importance of efficiency in running a business. Long story short, I came home from work, and not only was the tank dug up, but they replaced the broken lid they had been dealing with in the years past. We are very pleased with this company, and we have only the best things to say about them. Also, it was the nastiest day, as far as weather in late fall.
