Very friendly, professional and fast service. I was not home during the service but they called to verify the location, dug up what they needed, completed the job and everything was put back in place perfectly. I highly recommend them!

Called R and D and they scheduled me very quickly. The technician showed up on time was polite and worked quickly and cleanly. He showed us what we need to do in the event of an emergency, answered all of our questions, replaced all the disturbed dirt, and was even nice to our dogs. We'll definitely use them again!

I called r&d today to see if I could schedule my septic system for cleaning. They were actually doing a system nearby, and offered to fit me in afterwards. They arrived on time, were courteous, and respectful of our property. They showed us the problems we had before they began working and the results when they had finished. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and they left our yard in the same shape as they found it. I'd highly recommend them!
