Never did I think that having my poop tank pumped would be a great experience but here I am. The gentleman that came out today not only took care of business he explained everything, showed me how everything works, and really helped me understand why my alarm was going off. Super nice guy. Everything from the first call, scheduling, and service was amazing.

We called Steve at Septico to empty our tank. He was able to come the very next day. Great service from a local company!!! I would highly recommend using his company. He will now be our go- to guy!!

Steve and Robert were more than helpful in answering all my questions and providing me with some needed education so that I can be well informed in regards to future septic tank maintenance and property safety. 5 stars would give them 10 stars if I could! Came out on a Saturday with no emergency or overnight fees. Fantastic service and honest people. Part of the community and sponsor local events. Called them on a Saturday due to a back up and was stressed about getting someone to come take care of it. They came out and got it taken care of with a fantastic attitude. Helped inform us on proper ways to care for our tank and how often we should have it flushed, explained the systems to us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having issues.
