The owner's a true snake oil salesman, not even clear he knows what he's doing. The technicians are inexperienced, lacking the basic knowledge and equipment to do their jobs while pretending to be professionals. They broke a PVC pipe in my pump chamber, didn't fess up to it - I found it myself, left me with a broken pump saying "all done!", and tried to charge me for it. Call anyone else.

We have a new system and our town requires pumping every 3 years. We had used another company for decades. After the system was installed by SepticPro we stayed with them. Though it took some time for them to come out (we were in not hurry) they kept us well inform on the timing. When the day came for our pumping I requested afternoon, NO PROBLEM. The Tech explained our new system and was well informed. So I'm guessing we will stay with SepticPro very professional and the office is very friendly, helpful and cooperative.

SepticPro came to inspect an old septic on a house I was buying. From start to finish Adam and Trey were fantastic! This was my first time dealing with a septic system and Adam not only inspected the septic, he made it a great learning experience the whole time. He gave me great information and calmed my nerves about the age of the septic system. Also, the person I talked with the phone made things super easy to setup and she checked in with me throughout the whole process! I highly recommend SepticPro as part of your home inspection process!

I am taking time from prepping Thanksgiving food for tomorrow to write this review. I can not say enough about the tech Drew , who worked on two parts of this involved job . I had a dry well installed that was done correctly but turned out to not be sufficient for the extensive water treatment systems I had to install due to my well. Steve was very responsive to the problem that developed and we worked out a great solution .Today , the day before Thanksgiving !!! they returned ,worked many hrs and solved my problem. Drew, the tech is very knowledgeable , professional and a hard worker. There were also two others who came to do some aspects of the job and they too were great. And , as we are all concerned about Covid at this point, everyone who showed up took the precautions very seriously
