Bobak spent an inordinate amount of time with us and with his help, we chose the perfect rug and still love it several years later. When we needed the rug cleaned before we were moving to the east coast, he was quick to respond, quick to get it cleaned, quick to pick it up AND return it, all rolled up and wrapped in plastic to put into storage for us! Bobak is an honest, delightful person — a real pleasure to work with. AND, the rugs in that store are all gorgeous and he has a large variety. And he has people that can custom make your rug — choose a design and request different colors! We have been very, very happy with Serapi!!

I actually did not buy a rug from this store but a friend of mine recommended them for being honest guys. I needed to have an Iranian rug cleaned but needed a place I could trust that would not damage my expensive twin, hand made, Tabriz rugs that I carried all the way from Tehran 12 years ago. I found the owner very honest and not pushy at all. He gave me lots of good advice on how to care for the rugs so it maintains its quality and longevity. I ended up having them wash both of my rugs for me and I am very happy with their service. I would definitely refer them to any of my friend in need of a rug.

Babak has been a wonderful help to us in finding some great rugs for our new hardwood floor. We just bought a beautiful Pakistani wool rug for our bedroom from Baback, one of the owners. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, without the hard sell that is often encountered. We were able to borrow the rug to try in the room, and also got a great deal. I highly recommend this local business.
