Serclean helped me manage water damage in my kitchen and basement. They were very responsive and informative. There were several crews that were involved in my project and it’s difficult to name each one. I will say that the second demo crew was much more efficient and on time. The second crew made me feel better about the overall project. Now it’s time for me to review the total cost with my home insurance company. Part 2 of my review will follow… UPDATE: 2/9/2026 SerClean put a lien on my home in December 2025 while I was working with my insurance company on their invoice. I paid over 6K out of pocket because of excessive billing that my insurance company would not cover. I paid the balance and as of today, the lien has not been lifted. Andrew & Saul with Ser Clean came in to work on our kitchen sink cabinet after we discovered water damage from our garbage disposal. They were very professional, informative, efficient, and knowledgably about the job that needed to take place by walking us through each step with a thorough explanation of the plan that they put in place to fix our kitchen sink cabinet. All expectations were exceeded and the upfront honesty and promptness to answer all of my questions were top tier.
