We had a pipe to our water heater burst one morning about a week ago and it flooded our master closet, bathroom, and bedroom. We called our plumber who then connected us with Richard B. with Ser Clean. He set us up with his guys right away and they came out in a matter of hours and immediately began assessing everything and set up fans/dehumidifiers. They saved us from mold/mildew being able to set in, and they've come out every day since to check moisture readings and tear up the floors/damaged drywall etc. They've only been able to do a little at a time since they have to wait until each area is dry, but they've communicated with us every day and have showed up on the early end of their estimated time frame every day. I had a great experience with SerClean. Dylon and Tyrice walked us through the entire process and made sure things ran smoothly. From the mitigation where we had floors and walls removed all the way to the insurance process they had great communication, timeliness, and professionalism. It was a stressful situation that was made bearable by the way they conducted business.

Josh came to our rental to assess several repairs that were long overdue, and we had a great experience. He provided a very thorough evaluation and took the time to explain what had likely happened, what repairs were necessary, and what our options were moving forward. What stood out most was how educational the whole experience was. Josh didn’t just give us an estimate and leave. He made sure we understood the situation and felt informed about the next steps. That level of transparency and customer care is something we really appreciated!
