Fantastic experience! I booked a move-in cleaning with Brooklynn, and she made the entire process simple and stress-free. She really listened to all of my requests and made sure everything was arranged just right. The crew arrived on time and delivered a thorough, detailed cleaning—meeting all my expectations. Since so many cleaning services can be hit-or-miss, this was such a refreshing surprise! Even though we only needed a one-time cleaning, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Serenity Cleaning again. I highly recommend them!

I very much appreciate the cleaning Serenity Cleaning did for us! We had a Move-Out / Deep clean of our above garage studio apartment after tenants moved out. I really liked the walk through and collaboration on what was needed. I brought me a great sense of comfort to now we were on the same page. After the clean, I couldn't even believe how great it looked! It was perfect! Exactly what we needed, such attention to detail, and exceeded my expectations. The price was also just right! More than fair for amazing work. Lastly, the team was so so kind and I felt they really cared about my home as much as we do. I will definitely use Serenity Cleaning again.

I started having Serenity Cleaning come to my apartment for cleaning services three months ago. Their cleaning teams are very thorough and clean every inch of my apartment. They have been a big help in keeping my apartment clean due to my health issues that have prevented me from performing my cleaning. Their cleaning rates are very affordable for anyone on a budget. Their owner, Brenda, came to my apartment as well to go over all of my concerns for cleaning which I found very helpful to put a personal touch in Serenity Cleaning's approach to cleaning my apartment. The office staff of Breezy and Mandy are always there to help with scheduling needs and payments. Great cleaning service! So happy my co-worker referred me. They were able to get the cleaning done within one day for our move out. They were on time and did a fabulous job and even came back the next day to do touch ups. Highly recommend. I will definitely use them again. Thanks so much!
