Serenity Pool & Spa

3 years of nothing but frustration with Serenity. First they would not replace a clearly defective heater and it took a note to the CEO of Pentair for a replacement to be delivered. Second their tiling work is terrible - tiles have been popping out for over 3 years at an abnormal rate. Recently, Serenity completely re-tiled our jacuzzi walls since all other options were exhausted over a 3 year period. Guess what? One month after completely retiling, tiles are starting to pop out again.

We bought a 5-year old former Stock model house with a Serenity Pool. Shame on me for not noticing the calcium build-up on the glass tile before I bought it, but I thought that would be something we could just get cleaned off after we closed. When our pool service tried, though, the glass tiles were cracked and glass shards fell into the pool. Because the 1-year warranty (why only 1 year????) had expired, we faced the big cost of replacing all the tile. I called and got the Serenity Pool supervisor to look at it and he said all the right words about working with us to get this done at cost because something wasn't done right.
