I would beware before using this service! After the first day of service, our home was left a disaster. All of the dust from the insulation was everywhere--all over our bathroom to the point we had to have it deep cleaned--it was in the walls, curtains, sink, vanity, etc. The bathroom fan must have also fell off and they left it on the floor. A worker must have went to the bathroom in our bathroom and left our toilet seat up. Insulation was left all over the house, including in our bed (and we have 3 young children at home). They left several supplies scattered all over our garage (their masks, flashlight, tools, ore insulation, etc.). And the most concerning part of all is that when we came home after the last day of work, our ceiling had been stepped through (hole in our celling). The

I used Sereno’s Insulation to install a vapor barrier in my crawlspace and insulate my foundation walls and sill boxes with closed cell foam insulation. The crawlspace was tight with multiple supports to contend with. The team completed the job without issue. I am extremely happy with the work completed and would recommend them to anyone looking to have closed cell foam insulation installed.

Absolute DISASTER! Unprofessional, cut corners…. Didn’t seal anything. Disaster

- insulation of my attic was done on 2/11/2022. I paid on the same day. - on 2/12/2022, I informed the company that the lights in the attic is not working - after multiple calls with different people, I learned that the electrical wire was disconnected before covering by the spray foam. The issue is that there are electrical conduit pipes but no exposed wires and the section where the box is sitting that's disconnected is on the inside wall and not roof. I was told that the inside wall won't be sprayed. And I was home the entire time as I requested a call when they were ready to spray to take pictures before they started the work. If I had an option to give this place a zero star review, I definitely would… We used Sereno’s for spray foam insulation and we regret the day we signed with them. They were dishonest, delivered poor quality, unprofessional, lacking communication skills, and unwilling to fix their mistakes. Amongst many issues, they sprayed the foam extremely unevenly leaving some rooms/walls barely insulated. Our home was supposed to be insulated at 3 inches of foam on the exterior walls. Sereno’s insulated walls at a variance between 1 to 4 inches. They attempted to explain that it’s an average of 3 inches but how is the average supposed to keep the house warm/cool? One side is cold and other is hot and they’re supposed to balance each other out? Similar situation under the roof. This is just one of th
