I'd like to Thank Samantha for the absolute precision work she did on the stump grinding and root planing work in our community. Samantha was so precise in her work and cleanup I was so impressed! The roots were so big, destroying homeowners driveways. and our streets. Samantha cut it so neat and level her machine did not even touch the asphalt! A family business Joe and Samantha are a team with a few other workers are the best by far. They do all tree services, root planing, stump grinding, tree trimming and tree take down. I hired Sergeant T's Tree Service for a crown reduction on two oak trees and removal of a dead palm at my rental property, based on a positive experience with them a couple of years prior. Unfortunately, this time around, the service was a complete disappointment, marked by poor communication, substandard workmanship, and highly unprofessional behavior from the owner. Wow! This company is definitely one of the most outstanding veteran family owned tree services that I have ever hired. The quality of their work is unmatched. Their attention to detail, careful concern for my property and expert skills at maneuvering the machinery they use to get the job done is incredible to watch. They also have a stump grinder which is very cool and something most companies don't do or include in their services. I had them take down 2 very large trees of mine, a Laurel Oak and a Black Olive. One of my trees was in the backyard and a little difficult to get to, but they were able to work with the space, putting down large pads to protect the grass from damage from the heavy equipment. I called Joe at Sergeant T for an estimate to trim some very tall palms, large oak trees and remove some trees. He promptly provided a fair estimate and arrived to do the work when he said he would. He and his wife were pleasant to deal with. They, along with their crew, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I asked about the need to trim some additional trees and they were honest and said they didn't need to be done just yet. I highly recommend this honest family owned business. You won't be disappointed.
