Max does a great quality job. Our pool has been shimmering ever since he has been servicing our pool. He is up front, reliable, and has a great line of communication. I would recommend to any of my family and friends.

Max of Sermax is indeed focused on providing professional and personable service in the care of our home pool. Max has never missed us even one time in the several years that he has been servicing our pool. He attends weekly to the details, scrubbing the sides when needed and is constantly tweaking the chemical balance so that we're able to use our pool whenever we want. Max is knowledgeable and so very personable and we gladly would recommend him to anyone looking for a gentleman expert in pool care.

Just like the other reviews, Max says all the right things but never follows through , then just says he is quitting with no warning and blocks your number , crazy business ethics. I wish i had seen the previous reviews first then i wouldn't have wasted my time .

Paid for two months of service and my pool was clear and usable for about 4 days of the two months. Pool was only vacuumed one time in 2 months. Nice guy but horrible business ethics. Also dropped me with no warning after only coming one time last month. My pool is so algae infested now I’m afraid there’s damages that I will have to pay for. Do your self a favor and hire a reputable pool service.
