5 stars! We had a great experience with Serna Services. Extremely responsive to our late afternoon request for service with a repair guy coming out first thing the next day. Jesse was communicative, on-time, super friendly, and kind to our dogs. He discovered the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. Reasonable service rates too.
