Serpaco backs their workmanship with a 5 year warranty. During the work, our property was kept tidy and all ladders were stacked out of the way each evening. In addition to getting our house painted on the exterior, we had trim work and even a back door replaced. The work was top notch and done in a timely manner. I had my house painted almost 5 years ago by SerpaCo. They did a great job on the original whole housing painting. A few problem areas developed over the next five years. I reached out to Serpaco and explained the issue. They were very receptive and listened to what I had to say and came out to look the problem. They agreed to fix it. Serpaco did a fantastic job on repairing and painting my house. The total job included fixing all the rotten wood including a couple of rotten shutters and painting the entire house. They were very professional on how they treated our plants and flowers and cleaned up afterwards. Our house looks 10 times better thanks to Serpaco!
