I help my elderly neighbor take care of the things she needs done. Yesterday we had a situation of needing her septic tank emptied. We explained her situation and they worked with us on how to pay for it and sent someone out today. This family owned business is absolutely amazing and we were overjoyed at how quickly they were able to help us fix the problem. You would be wise to take all your business to Serranos. We had our septic over flow on a weekend. Serrano’s came out without hesitation! They were quick and efficient. Antonio was so nice and all the staff there is great!

We have used Serranos several times over the years and have ALWAYS had great service. I absolutely dread using a porta-potty... but when I see it's one of there's I worry a lot less. Everyone I have encountered here has always been top notch. We highly recommend Serranos if you ever need any of their services.
