Family and friends recommended this place to me, said they used to get their keys and whatever else done here. Came to get a key repaired/copied and got told they only deal with business account holders. Really sucks that a place that seemed held in high regard can turn down such a simple job like that. Will go elsewhere.

I needed a lock on an inside door, and got a very quick appointment. The man who did the work could not have been more pleasant or polite. The door and frame were less than ideal, but he seemed to approach things rather meticulously, and did a great job. It didn't take long, and he didn't leave a bit of sawdust or anything when he was done.

When in to see if they can fix my key fob not mine it was after market So The gentlemen referred me to Can You Hear It Car Audio Shaker Road East Longmeadow you guys saved me $480.00 thank you thank you I was able to get two key fobs for $21.00 For my car I tried having them programmed nothing worked again thank you
