Serve Bros

We were referred to Serve Bros by a family friend who thought they were great in fixing their water and mold problem. Our 2nd floor bathroom had a leak, we never saw the leak until the ceiling in the 1st floor started ballooning. When my husband spoke to them over the phone, they requested FaceTime to see how bad it was, which was great. They showed up knowing exactly what they had to do. Water was shut off, the ceiling drywall was completely removed, the pvc pipe that was broken was replaced, the carpet was removed, machines were left for 3 days to dry and scrub the air. They came back on the 4th day, asked us to leave the house for the day, because they had to spray an organic chemical for the mold. They brought another company in to test the air. Got home from work to find a puddle of water in the kitchen around the dishwasher. Called Serve Bros and they came out to Santa Clarita in less than 30 minutes. They removed the dishwasher and found the leak with some black mold on the wall behind it. These guys work pretty quick, they stopped the leak, boxed a part of the kitchen supplies, removed a part of the back wall containing the mold and left their machines to dry and scrub the air of any particles. After 3 days of the machines running, they came back to rebuild the wall, put the dishwasher back and they dealt with the insurance. Great service, thanks guys.

Was referred to Serve Bros by a family friend. We went on vacation only to come back to a major water damage from an old water heater that flooded the whole house. They packed and shipped our furniture and belongings to their storage. All the water was extracted the day they came to the house. We had a little bit of mold, they left their machines on for 3 days and mold was gone. They did the build back super fast. They also referred us to a plumber who came and exchanged the water heater. Discovered mold in the 2nd floor bedroom, called Serve Bros and they were at my door step in less than 15 minutes, they were in the area. Kris and his team were very helpful, they discovered a leak inside the wall behind the toilet, stopped the leak, exchanged the pipe. Next day they packed out the whole bedroom, closed off the bedroom and bathroom and got it all done. 8 days later, the job is complete, all out stuff is back where it belongs. They dealt with the insurance, so we had no headaches. Thanks guys, hopefully not but will call you if need be.

Basement had a water leak, there was about 2 inches of water this morning. Found this company online and they got to the house pretty quick. David and his crew were quick and clean. They walked in the home with covered shoes, very professional. I showed the way to the mess downstairs, and they were working in less than 5 minutes. They extracted all the water out, put their machines to work and they were back the next morning to check on whatever was going on down there. Pretty good price for all the work they did, would use these guys again and I suggest you give them a try if you have water damage in your home.
