Come to the neighborhood to do work and dont tell people in advance of cutting power for THREE HOURS on a 100+ degree day. Not only has this impacted my workday, but has also caused me to have to move my pets with no ability to pre-plan where to take them. Absolutely unacceptable.

I see other review saying that they didn't inform people of turning power off in advance. Cannot even go out/in due to blocked the road. Company should do better.

These people been working in my neighborhood for a week now. Changing out the wires and things on the utility pole. The pole they have been working on sits right across from my back door. To make a long story short instead of them simply knocking on my door or having the rent office send out letters stating they are going to cut the power for 30-45 mins or be in the area they turned the power out right in the middle of my important business I had pulled up on the computer not once but twice this week. That really sucks.
