Terce was simply fantastic Best aircon technician I have had in 30 years No BS usually served up to get you to spend money on things you dont really need. Very helpful and patient in explaining all issues

Whoever is in charge of dispatching needs to be fired, anytime I have a service call. I always get the reply " I will call you back if we can do it" or " I will let you know what our schedule is like" and no one ever gets back to me. They also charge a stupid rate for annual PMs on your units and they rip you off. I attached pictures of nothing but excuses from their Dispatch lady

06/14/22: So, today, I had the pleasure of having JJ come by to see why my system kept shutting off. He was professional, paid attention to the description of the issue (as best as we could describe it) and made sure he explained what he found, what needed to be done to complete the repair and when the repair would be done. I also have to express appreciation for Conner. When I called, she had been the person who i had the pleasure of explaining my issues to (sometimes even when I'm sure she was almost out the door to head home). Tony made it look so easy!! Tony is a real-life life-saver!! He saved my dryer and my home! It was a complete fire hazard and I had no idea! Now, because of him, I'm safe AND I have dry clothes!! Tony, thank you for going above and beyond for us and for educating me on what to look out for from now on. You didn't have to do that but it meant a lot. This entire company, from the same day quote/service, to the communication prior to my service, and all the way to Tony's EXCEPTIONAL service/guidance, I'd give you guys 100 stars if I could!!!!
