We just moved from NH to FL. Showed up to our new house with a loaded U-Haul, had no ac in the house. We were beyond exhausted and upset. 8pm and no one could come over to fix the ac for us. Needed a service call for our heater on New Year’s Eve. They got us an appointment the same day! Our Technician was Noah. We have had Noah before when our system was installed and we are always so pleased to get him. He is so knowledgeable and so willing to explain in detail the issue. Always show us pictures too. I will try to remember to request Noah for future calls and maintenance. There is such comfort knowing you’re going to be well taken care of.
