Cory Jones with Service Experts arrived right on time and got our furnace up and running quickly. He was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and what caused the issue. We really appreciated his attention to detail and honest communication. Excellent service from start to finish — we will definitely be using Service Experts again!

I had a plumber out yesterday March 3rd and was quoted $2,100. I was needing dry wall cut open and had to replace all the shower hardware to fix a small leak. Plumber from another company came out and replaced an o ring and I was charged $150. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but come on!

Nevon and Lenns did a great job. Nevon worked on my AC. while Lenns told me about the advantage plan. He answered my questions thoroughly. When Nevon finished he showed me the pictures of my machines and assured me everything was working perfectly.

José Ayala was absolutely superb and a stellar technician. I was very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. He was fair and listened to me with my questions and concerns. I would like to have him be my regular technician with possible plumbing situations that may arise.

These people are ridiculously expensive. They work with Pink Plumber who installed a brand new water heater and water softener 3 1/2 years ago. The water heater is still under warranty. Small leaks formed in the pipe above the water heater. They charged me over $900 to replace one foot of pipe. You can purchase a new water heater for that kind of ridiculous money. The charge to repair a small leak over the water softener was over $600. I have no idea what the technician did to the tub that contains the salt, but it was unbelievably difficult to open. It has been opening easily for the 3 1/2 years since I had it. But that is not the bad news. When I finally was able to get the top off, there was virtually no salt in the unit.
