I had a tiny leak in a simple above ground pipe. Homeserve sent his horrible company. . They did come quickly on a sat afternoon. But... Sunday morning. I WOKE UP TO THE PIPE BURTING WATER ALL OVER MY BACK YARD. BURSTING FROM A BEW SPIT THAT WAS GENERATED MY this company. I called and they weren't sending anyone for 3 says!! Mind you no use to our disabled bathroom or laundry room. After hours of advocating for myself with some uneducated call center people that read scripted paragraphs like robots. I was told someone would be out between 4p and 8pm. Leodan came... but he took a selfie picture of the pipe and left. I was promised repair. Several more calls.. still call center robots. 3 days now my disabled husband doesn't have access to his disabled bathroom. Many follow up calls. Im also

I had a great experience with the AC service today. Dalibor and Juan were professional, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly clean and service the unit. They explained what they were doing and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The AC is running much better now and the airflow is noticeably improved. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent service. Highly recommend!

The service technician Steve Reid was the best. A leak caused by a gasket under the sink permeated the undersink cabinet and had to be removed. The cabinet company could not replace the cabinet without all of the plumbing and water apparatus being removed including the sink including the dishwasher. Mr. Reid did that job. The cabinet people on returning to replace the cabinet asked me who in the would did this work as it was the best that they had seen as it was literally a Tetris game. Mr. Reid came back the day after the cabinet was assembled and refit everything back to better than it was originally. And this is a new house. A+

Dalibor did a great job and was very respectful of our home. He wore shoe covers the entire time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the AC was working properly before he left. Really appreciated the professionalism.

We’ve been paying monthly for a preventative maintenance plan with this company, expecting reliable service and regular inspections. Instead, our AC has been failing since June 2025, and nothing has been properly fixed.
