Brian was so helpful and accommodating to my difficult work schedule, keeping me posted on delivery of parts and even arranging for Sunday installation. We have called on Brian on more than one occasion for the past couple of years for our oven range, dryer and most recently our dishwasher. Brian is reliable, honest and friendly. He’s even worked with a tenant of ours; who unfortunately had canceled appointments with him several times. Grateful for his patience in working with her. My washing machine broke in the middle of doing a load of clothes. I didn’t know who to call but I took a chance by calling Service Fanatics. They came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and got it fixed after a 2 day wait on parts. The repair didn’t take long and it is working great. I learned a lot about how much to load in each wash and so forth. They were polite and friendly.
