Service First Heating & Air Conditioning

Had a leak in my pool heater. I pretty much identified the location of the leak and called Service First. They responded within the week. The technician listened to my information and I provided a photo of the area I discovered. The tech zeroed in on the location and made the necessary repair to the outgoing pvc line. The leak is repaired and seems to be successful at this point. Service First (formerly The Green Team) originally installed my heater and they have made any necessary repairs since that time. They have been dependable and fairly priced.

My controler went bad. Service man came out the next day i called( Thursday) Service man came back on Monday installed new controler helped me get my remote reset. Being here for a short time I expected a two week repair time. 3 working days i was up and running. That's absolutely great Service. Also the repair men where very kind and helpful.

The service provided - starting from home visit, options, scheduling to installation - Everything went very smoothly. Jeremy provided the options in 15 minutes. Lisa is a gem and coordinated everything and Chris and Darren installed the unit very efficiently. Cleaned everything after. The great thing I liked was they did not require 50% down payment with the order. Great employees and wonderful company.

We are new homeowners in a 13 yr old home on Pine Island that was well maintained but in need of some system maintenance. Service First did full maintenance services on our 3 a/c systems - hooked up a main line for a new barbecue and serviced our pool heater. Our tech Jeremy was professional, courteous and efficient. Lisa in the office kept me apprised of all work scheduling and was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with work described and will keep them under contract to do services in the future. A great experience.

Service technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to identify and fix our situation quickly. I would definitely recommend them for pool equipment repairs! Also everything was covered under our warranty! Price paid $0!!
