Service First Pro

I scheduled an appointment for service and was told they would show up between 2 and 4 PM. They showed up at noon. I saw it on my doorbell. Camera said they tried to call but they didn’t leave a voicemail or a message. When I called to complain, she said they couldn’t guarantee me a specific time . I wasn’t asking for a specific time. I was asking for somewhere between the time window that you gave me. I can’t just sit around my house all day and wait for you just in case you’re early or late. A two hour timeframe is plenty of notice and you should be able to make an appointment in that time. I will be scheduling service with a different company for sure

They always respond in reasonable time. The workers show up as scheduled. My last service was for kitchen ceiling florescent fixture. After much research, I decided I really wanted LED replacement. When workers came, I let them decide what best fix was. They also chose LED replacement. they completed the work in a very short time and everything works great now. Very courteous young men did the work. Fair price. we are very pleased with result.

We have used Service First Pro now for several plumbing issues. Each time, they have done a great job getting things running again! They are always quick to come out too! We will continue using them for years to come. Thank you guys!

I had an exterior HFI that wasn’t working. Your guys came out and troubleshot it immediately. They replaced the receptacle and the cove all within half an hour!

They didn’t fix due to home warranty rules, but DID take the time to check and tell me what to look for when it does it again so that the home warranty will cover it.
