Service HQ

Steve Solis was my technician today for routine, prepaid maintenance. Steve showed up early and was here busting his back for 2 hours. He was respectful of my home and family, informative, and stayed busy the entire time he was here. Exceptional service that has sold me as a repeat customer. I hope y’all take care of him and keep him on staff if able.

I can't say enough about ALL the people at Service HQ!! It was a true rollercoaster ride full of many challenges yet each and every employee was SO good to me and a pleasure to work with!! From my first phone call to Kena, letting her know I had NO HEAT at all, to Steve and his consecutive visits 2 days in a row, to Casey, the General Mgr's very helpful visit, to Pepper coming to install a brand new furnace, to Pepper and Ruben's final visit to totally re-do my exhaust flue! See why I said it was a rollercoaster ride? LOL They were all so helpful, respectful, attended to details, cleaned up after themselves, provided intelligent explanations as we went along and did an absolutely EXCELLENT job!! Very satisfied. My 3rd time using Service HQ (I think Fahnestock now owns them now so kinda confusing calling Service HQ and Fahnestock answers or vice versa. I think they should change it to Service HD by Fahnestock and put their logos along with that company. This service call was to clean inside coils that was found on scheduled summer HCAV inspection and cleaning last week. Tech was on time (actually early), professional appearance and put booties on his shoes when entering. Upon completion of cleaning I was thoroughly briefed on any mechanical problems that were found...even had pics so I could see and found that the coils were covered in debri and dog hair from the previous owner. I don't think the previous owner ever had them cleaned. They had 2 big dogs and a lot of hair. Afte

Ruben was amazing figuring out how to fix a stubborn smart-thermostat. He was able to diagnose the problem in minutes and fix it just as quickly. This has been a problem for over a year & it was fixed in under an hour! Thank you!

Blake came to our home at the designated time, was friendly knowledgeable and went right to work, he identified 3 issues informed us what the issues where and how he would fix them. He got everything fixed and was happy n and out in a timely manner. He did not make a mess and the repair cost was more than reasonable. I will certainly be a repeat customer when needed and I hope I get Blake again he was amazing!
