This company is the best. We needed electrical dome for RV hookup and some electrical issues with our RV and they honestly went above and beyond expectations. I believe the service tech was Robert. Great communication, did everything they said they would do and more. I will definitely be using them again for anything I can in the future. I was in need of an outside condensing unit, I had a few of the larger companies come out to take a look at the unit and give me a quote. They came out and did their best to up sale me to things that I didn't need. I remembered using Service Junction when I was a contractor and never had a callback for service issues. I called them and they were professional, came out the same day. Within a few days I received a quote that was completely fair and I accepted. A few days after that Robert showed up to do the install. Again, they came in and did an extremely professional install, and informed me of some minor repairs to my air handler that they fixed on the spot. We were in a desperate situation trying to get a coil for our A/C unit under warranty. I called Terry and she was SPOT on getting what we needed for my local A/C rep. I wish I could use this company but they are located to far out from our location (1 1/2hrs) to get quick service.
