Joe was great. Very knowledgeable on mini splits and gave me choices with different pricing. . This was a tough job and it took him a bit, but he made sure everything was perfect. He was respectful of keeping the house clean in very muddy conditions and also cleaned up after he left. Joe also did things for me that he did not have to just out of courtesy and kindness. I would recommend him to anyone for any of your Hvac needs

Joe from Service King is amazing. I called him on a Sunday because I couldn’t get my mini splits to work. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me talking me through what I needed to do. He was incredibly helpful. I actually got them working! I asked if he could come out to check the unit to make sure it was in good working order. He came the next day. He gave me a lot of information about how to maintain the unit for optimal efficiency. Thanks so much Joe!

SERVICE KING MECHANICAL IS PROBABLY THE BEST HOME CARE BUSINESS I HAVE USED HERE YET!! Joe is very thorough he explains everything in detail so you can understand he had our heat up and working in no time he was considerate that there was snow on the ground he put covers over his shoes not to mess up my floor!! For a 24 gour emergency service his prices are very reasonable!! I would use him again and again!! You should give them a call today because w his expertise he will be booked quickly!! Joe is the consummate professional and was extremely knowledgeable about how hot water boilers work. Because of that extensive insight he quickly diagnosed my issue and got me back up and running on one of the coldest days off the year! The service from Service Kings is truly exceptional. I had an HVAC system installed by them a year ago at our vacation home, and whenever I’ve had any issues—whether with the system or anything else—Joe has always been there for me. Three days ago, a tree fell and we lost power at our house, which is quite far away. Joe went above and beyond—he called a friend to help with the electrical issue and personally went to my house twice to ensure not only that our HVAC system was running properly, but also that the rest of the house was in good shape.
