I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Service Mechanical Inc. First, the technician, Raphael, recorded extra hours on his service report twice for two visits-- about 2-3 more hours than he worked. You would never notice if you weren't there the entire time to verify. When I raised this issue with the manager, Mark, he was insulting and unprofessional. Instead of listening, he sarcastically asked, "Do you think Raphael was just hanging around drinking soda?" After checking the GPS tracker on the vehicle, they admitted that Raphael had falsely recorded 7 hours of work instead of 5. Their billing practices are also deceptive. They charge $175 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours ($350) just for a visit, and the clock starts immediately. They make the issues seem more compl
