Work was done. That's the good part. Very slow, but there was significant lightning storm that impacted several homes in the area. Communication was terrible. I asked for a line item bill and you would think it was the hardest thing ever. I was told "the price is what it is". I don't mind paying for the service, but at least explain what each service cost. Finally got the line item bill because I wasn't paying without one. Part of the communication issue was they were communicating thru the rental agent and she was no help either so it was not entirely their fault. Still have a light switch that doesn't work, but I will have another company fix that. I will not use them in the future.

Kirk came out and was written everything we needed to get the ground wire worked and he said he was going to call us back to give us a quote and it’s been a week now and haven’t heard from him. I would stay away from this company if you guys want a company that can tell you a truth.

When the blower failed in our air-jet tub, Kirk at Service Pro went out of his way to locate and replace the blower. The parts were not available in the USA and Kirk tracked down the manufacturer in Quebec, located the parts and had them shipped to Hot Springs - all with no money up front. Kirk did a thoroughly professional job. He was always on time, communicated with us throughout the process, and left the area spotless. We had no doubt the job would be completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend Service Pro for any job large or small. We are happy customers.

Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Reasonable charges. Hung 6 ceiling fans and 3 light fixtures. Will use again without hesitation.
