Service Pros did a good job installing carpet from Lowe’s, (a living room, dining room, two bedrooms, & a hallway). However, when l found 2 manufacturer defects in the carpet after they left & immediately sent pictures, after 2 months of communicating with Lowe’s, Service Pros told Lowe’s & the manufacturer the size carpet they needed for the repair. Before they came 2 days ago (7 hours late), they called me, said the piece was too small, and that the repair would not look good, and asked if l still wanted them to come out. After a call to Lowe’s Westminster, l learned this was false & that Service Pros had told Lowe’s the size they needed. I used Service Pros via Lowe's to have a backsplash installed. The Initial communication between Lowe's and Service Pros wasn't great, but once I got the supplies from Lowes I was able to directly schedule my installation appointment with Service Pros and the process was smooth thereafter. The installer was polite, thorough and tidy. I am very pleased with the outcome.

This company has been to my house 3 times to install, then repair the poor installation, then to replace the mismatched tile they tried to get away with installing. They have also been out 3 - 4 times to finish the trim etc. This was supposed to be the last piece of work after installing all of the trim. The last person to redo some tile work didn't even bother to match the thickness of the grout in relation to the rest of the floor. I'm gobsmacked at the horrible workmanship, lack of communication to crews, unskilled crews, and so much more. They were the installers sent out to me to install flooring for Lowes. We found service pros via Lowe’s and booked their services without looking at reviews. The day before they came, we looked at the Google reviews and were worried about the quality of their work due to all the negative reviews, but kept an open mind. We felt like they did an excellent job on our new vinyl floors. They communicated with us quickly and often with phone calls and text messages. They gave us a time frame for arrival, of which they were very punctual. The installers were very respectful, noticing that my shoes were off in the house and took their shoes off when they entered our home. They confirmed with us about the materials and our preferences before they started working. They even had another supervisor stop by midway through the project to make sure everything was going well

I highly DON'T recommend you trust your home to Service Pros Installation Group. It has been a total nightmare. From installing the WRONG vinyl to cutting the vinyl short in almost every room and filling it in with brown colored silicone in glops, to not lifting the toilets, to not fully moving appliances, to cutting short around appliances and ripping it at corners and calling it "good enough". Then the finger pointing starts between Lowes and Service Pros and you can't get anywhere. I have pictures of a toilet that was NOT lifted and then caulked 3/4 of the way around and left. The new quarter round looked like a beaver gnawed it off!
