The absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Had to use due to home warranty assigning them. Couldn’t fix the problem for my dishwasher. Refused to write the paper work for the home warranty company. Would not answer calls as purposefully ignoring the phone number and voicemails left. Had a friend call and pretend like they needed something and they called them back. Did absolutely no part of their job and continuously no showed when supposed to come back. Extended the time to get a new dishwasher by weeks. I reported them to the home warranty company as well. The next company showed up and wrote the paper work immediately with no problems. Would absolutely not recommend.

I pay for home warranty, they use.this company, I come home to test my dishwasher and it leaks. Called the office and they don’t pick up. It say they close at 4:30pm. Not one picks up and it was 3:45pm when I called. They don’t communicate if they are running behind, I had to call to find out what’s going on. I had to call to find out what’s going on, bc it’s pass my appt. I get a text saying 8 mins out. I called to complain to my home warranty. I asked for a refund, a different company, and lost wages as I have wait again. Let’s see what happens. Never will I recommend Service Pros.

I do not have a warranty, and I found their prices extremely reasonable. I've used them twice, once for a dryer and once for a washer. The repairs weren't emergent, and they came the second day after the phone call. The technician, Aaron, texted me when he was on route and his estimated time of arrival. Both times, the machines were fixed within 30 mins, and he stayed to test them. The service was paid out of the service call money, which was under $90. I didn't have to wait for parts because he had them on hand and very reasonably priced. My washer was fixed over 2 years ago, and I haven't had any additional problems. My dryer is working smoothly after replacing the roller. I found Aaron to be very competent, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this com

Service Pros was assigned to fix my dishwasher and upstairs refrigerator. They took the money for service call. It’s been almost 1 month and they could not fix either appliance. They keep saying they ordered the wrong part or the part is broken and they have to get another one. Try calling their phone number. They never answer. The technician that initially came to my house said that they only answer between 8-9am. Terrible service. My appliance is still not fixed.

These guys are incredibly difficult to get a hold of. Maybe I’ll change my mind after my service is completed (if ever) but they scheduled to come fix my dryer and then never showed up. Now they won’t pick up. These guys were set up by my home warranty (dwellness) which is a different kind of catastrophic joke in itself. Now we wait to see if anyone answers my call and if they will come to fix the project they said they will… respect peoples time.
